DOL Proposes Updates on Overtime for White Collar Workers

On July 6, 2015 – the Department of Labor published an update to the proposed revision of “white collar” overtime exemptions giving the public a 60 day window to submit written comments regarding the proposed rule ending September 4, 2015. The overtime rule overhaul will increase the salary threshold that triggers exemption from overtime requirements under the FLSA.
