- Share or allocate with you certain employer responsibilities in a manner consistent with you maintaining responsibility for your businesses operations and its product or service
- Pays wages and employment taxes for the shared employees out of our own business accounts relieving you of these responsibilities
- Report, collect and deposit employment taxes with state and federal authorities and assume all liabilities for such
- Establish and maintain an employment relationship with your employees which is intended to be long term and not temporary
